Paige Miles was the latest finalist to be eliminated from “American Idol” Wednesday night. It was a result that surely came as no surprise to followers of the show and likely even to the singer herself. The Florida native had initially impressed viewers with her big voice in the run-up to the finals, but she was criticized incessantly by the judges for her poor song choices. The constantly negative feedback likely began to affect her confidence and joy onstage.
