Navy advancement center offers online courses for sailors to advance in studies and provides material to prepare for the Nation-wide advancement exam. Left column of the webpage is a place where you can find the links related to bibliographies. Then you have to get registered with the online courses (NAVEDTRA). When you are successful in getting yourself registered, an acknowledgment of your enrolment will be sent to you. You should access courses via Navy credit rather than downloading the courses without getting enrolled. But there are exceptions as well. You can not download all military material such as classified material or military pubs etc.
